These Terms of Service govern purchases from Mozart Shop and use of shop.mozartportal.com. The seller is Intuitive Data AS, organisation number 933 001 121, Underlandsveien 98, 1389 Heggedal, Norway. Contact: contact@mozartportal.com.

1. Scope and mandatory rights

These terms apply together with the product information, price, delivery details, and other information shown at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send an order confirmation, subject to payment authorisation and product availability. Please check the confirmation and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect. We may cancel and refund an order where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, an unavailable product, or a legal restriction.

3. Products and made-to-order production

Products are created to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Normal variations in screen colour, print placement, material texture, and dimensions may occur and do not by themselves constitute a defect. Product descriptions and images form part of the purchase information. Standard catalogue designs are not considered personalised solely because they are printed after ordering.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. Taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout where applicable. Your payment method is charged through the payment providers offered by Shopify. We do not change the final total after you submit the order except as permitted by law or with your agreement.

5. Production, shipping, and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless expressly stated otherwise. Orders may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods are physically received by the consumer or a person designated by them, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment begins. This does not limit a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory rights described in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Returns, defects, and complaints

Our Return and Refund Policy explains withdrawal, returns, and remedies for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect goods. Your contract is with Intuitive Data AS, and any fulfilment-partner policy does not replace your rights against us.

8. Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a product gives you ownership of that physical item, but does not transfer copyright or a right to reproduce or commercially exploit the artwork.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that disrupts the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Consumers may also use the competent public consumer-dispute body in their country. Norwegian consumers may request mediation through the Norwegian Consumer Authority and, where applicable, further consideration by the Consumer Disputes Commission.

12. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms in force when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law.
